SALES MANAGER - B2B- FOOD & NUTRITION- AZELIS SPAIN
As innovative, entrepreneurial sales & product manager you will be reporting into the Commercial Manager.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Grow the business creating new opportunities in the Spanish market.
- Develop sales and add new products to portfolio of products within the segment.
- Manage and develop strong working relationships with customers
- Commercial acumen, achieve sales in a highly competitive market.
- Continually seek new markets and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with rest of the sales team and customer service department.
- Deliver a first-class service to customers.
KEY SKILLS
Education/Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the B2B sales of Ingredients.
- Technical background in Food science and technology or similar.
- Knowledge about regulatory framework of Ingredients.
- Excellent English language skills for negotiation with foreign suppliers.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Self-motivated to start up new initiatives to generate more sales.
- Passion for selling and promoting Ingredients and specialty products.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Efficient communication, influencing & negotiation skills.
- Creative to develop new means to generate interest and fill the sales pipeline.
- The ability to adapt to new requirements and have a adaptable approach.
- The drive to challenge yourself personally and develop new skills.
- Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who can work in a team.
