Multinational company, leader in advanced solutions for industrial sectors (aerospace, automotive, food & beverage, energy, medical, semiconductors, steel, tooling), is looking for a Sales Director EMEA to lead and accelerate growth across the region.

Your Mission

You will define and execute the commercial strategy in EMEA, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and market expansion, while leading and developing high-performing international sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and execute organic and inorganic growth strategies in EMEA.
* Lead regional sales development, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets.
* Drive market expansion, new channels and key customer acquisition .
* Build and strengthen strategic relationships and key accounts .
* Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business and margin objectives.
* Ensure structured sales processes, CRM usage and KPI tracking .
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations and Senior Management .
* Lead, develop and retain high-performance sales teams .
* Monitor market trends and implement corrective action plans when needed.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety and internal regulations .

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

Required Profile

* Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or MBA.
* +5 years managing commercial P&L in industrial B2B environments.
* +8 years leading international sales teams .
* Strong background in industrial markets and complex B2B sales .
* Proven leadership, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
* Experience with CRM / ERP tools. xohynlm
* Advanced English .
* Availability to travel.
