The role:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be a crucial part of our sales department. The role requires a proactive approach, and you will play a key role in our growth strategy.
Are you a skilled communicator with a talent for conveying messages clearly and effectively? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your communication skills make a real difference? If so, you might be the person we’re looking for as our new meeting booker!
This is what you’ll be doing:
* Contacting potential customers via phone and email
* Identifying needs and booking meetings for our sales team
* Maintaining and updating customer information in our CRM system
* Contributing to achieving team goals and KPIs
About you:
* 2-5 years of experience in meeting booking, sales, or related fields
* Be result-oriented and enjoy working towards targets
* Work independently and maintain a positive attitude
* Strong and confident phone manner is essential.
* Strong eye for detail, inquisitive nature and objection handling skills
* Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian
