Job Description & Summary
A career within Deals Transaction Services provides an opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets. You will support financial due diligence for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, analyse financial assumptions, provide insights using Data & Analytics tools, and assist clients in maximising deal value.
Responsibilities
* Conduct financial due diligence projects for acquirers or vendors, including private‑equity houses and major corporate clients.
* Critically review key value drivers of the business for historical periods and financial projections.
* Leverage data and analytics tools to deliver actionable insights on financial and business issues.
* Support clients with price‑adjustment definitions and analysis.
* Assist in preparing clients for acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions.
Requirements
* Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering.
* Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
* 2‑3 years of audit experience.
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Data analytics experience (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) is a plus.
* Willingness to travel and flexibility.
* Continuous training, including an initial 4‑week data‑analytics training in our D4D centre.
