We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven
\n
Utility Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and expand our presence in the utility‑scale solar and BESS market. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong background in solar energy systems, particularly inverter and energy storage technologies, along with a proven track record in managing and closing large‑scale projects with EPCs, developers, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting utility‑scale solar and BESS projects, driving market share growth in the large‑scale segment
\n
Identify and engage with key stakeholders including
\n
IPPs, EPCs, developers, and utilities, building strong long‑term partnerships
\n
Lead the full sales cycle from project identification, bidding, negotiation to contract closure for large‑scale projects
\n
Provide technical and commercial support to customers, including system solutions, product positioning, and value proposition
\n
Monitor and analyze market trends, policies, and competitor activities within the utility‑scale solar sector
\n
Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through effective pipeline management and project forecasting
\n
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to deliver customized solutions and proposals
\n
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
\n
Provide regular reporting on project pipeline, sales performance, and market insights
\n
Collect customer feedback and work with product teams to optimise solutions for utility‑scale applications
\n
Qualifications
\n
Bachelor’s degree or above in
\n
Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
\n
Minimum
\n
5 years of experience in utility‑scale solar/BESS xugodme sales (must have large project experience)
\n
Proven track record in managing and closing large‑scale solar or energy storage projects
\n
Strong understanding of
\n
PV systems, grid connection, and inverter/BESS technologies
\n
Familiar with utility‑scale project development cycle, including EPC, tendering, and financing structures
\n
Strong network with developers, EPCs, or utilities is highly preferred
\n
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
\n
Proficiency in

CRM tools and MS Office
\n
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)
