Digital Projects & Partnerships Manager

Verisure is looking for a talented, innovative, passionate Digital Projects & Partnerships Manager to join our Group Digital team and report into the Group Digital & Growth Director. The Digital Projects & Partnerships Manager will manage digital projects and identify, develop, and test digital innovative initiatives, both internally and with external partners, to drive incremental growth. The role is critical and strategic and is expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. We are seeking someone who can make a tangible positive impact to transform and add value.

Key Responsibilities
* The Digital Projects & Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in developing digital partnerships and projects by identifying and activating innovative digital opportunities that enhance traffic/leads and drive incremental growth. He/she will be a strategic partner and advisor to the Group Digital & Growth Director and will work closely with the rest of the Group Digital Marketing Team and across the 17 markets.
* Support the Group Digital & Growth Director and the digital team on the definition and implementation of the Digital Strategy and new key value innovative initiatives, projects, and partnerships.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to proactively recommend innovative initiatives.
* Use strong analytical skills to identify performance trends, opportunities, and monitor results and performance data.
* Identify growth opportunities by testing new digital marketing levers, platforms, and audiences.
* Activate innovative digital opportunities and partnerships that enhance traffic/leads and drive incremental growth.
* Projects will include leveraging data for better consumer and markets understanding, identifying new digital levers, players or platforms for business growth, participating in planning of digital projects, initiatives and partnerships, and co-creating the digital roadmap for group digital marketing.
* Closely work with the Group Digital & Growth Director on ad hoc assessments, presentations, and deep-dive analyses.
* Location:
Madrid or Paris.
Candidate profile / Qualifications
* We are looking for a high-potential / top-performer individual, proactive, solution-oriented advisor focused on driving value to the business.
* Top-tier education with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (ideally engineering or business administration).
* Approximately 2-5 years of cumulative post-university experience (pre-/post-MBA, depending on overall experience).
* High potential / top performer from a top-tier strategic consulting firm.
* Experience in similar group strategic or corporate advisory roles in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
* Strong track record in project management and presentation skills.
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
* Motivated, proactive, eager to learn with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliability and transparency;
experience in multinational and multicultural environments;
collaborative with strong interpersonal skills for working with global teams.
* Fluency in English and excellent Spanish. A third European language is a plus.
