On behalf of our partner C&A;, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A; is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.
What you'll be doing
Finance Functional Leadership & Ownership
- Provide end-to-end functional leadership for SAP S/4HANA Finance, covering Financial Accounting, Controlling, financial close, statutory and management reporting.
- Own the overall Finance solution design and act as the primary functional authority for Finance-related decisions.
- Define Finance design principles, standards, and guardrails.
Program & Solution Delivery
- Lead Finance activities across all SAP Activate phases.
- Drive enterprise-level fit-to-standard workshops and ensure optimal use of standard S/4HANA capabilities.
- Review and approve Finance functional deliverables.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the primary SAP Finance advisor to Finance leadership.
- Lead Finance integration with Master Data, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Sales.
Governance, Testing & Go-Live
- Own Finance testing strategy and go-live readiness.
- Provide leadership support during cutover and hypercare.
Post-Go-Live & Roadmap
- Serve as long-term functional owner of SAP Finance.
- Define and evolve the Finance roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years SAP Finance experience.
- Proven end-to‑end Finance ownership in S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
