What will be your purpose?

You will be responsible for driving AI-powered products through a strong analytical and data-centric approach, ensuring that every decision is backed by insights, metrics, and measurable impact.

Your mission is to transform data into actionable product decisions, optimizing performance, user behavior, and business outcomes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What will the day-to-day look like?
\n

- Define and evolve AI products based on data analysis, user behavior insights, and business metrics.\n
\n
- Own and manage the product backlog with a data-driven prioritization approach.\n
\n
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.\n
\n
- Define, track, and interpret KPIs, product performance metrics, and user analytics.\n
\n
- Work closely with AI/ML and data teams to ensure robust data models, tracking, and measurement frameworks.\n
\n
- Design and validate hypotheses through A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.\n
\n
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all product-related processes.\n
\n
- Translate complex data findings into clear, structured insights for stakeholders.\n
\n
- Continuously optimize products through iterative, metrics-based decision making.\n
\n
- Identify risks, anomalies, and deviations through deep analysis and attention to detail.\n

- Strong Analytical Mindset: Proven experience working with data, metrics, and quantitative analysis in product environments.\n

- Data-Driven Product Management: Experience prioritizing and making decisions based on KPIs, user data, and performance metrics.\n

- Experimentation & Testing: Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and controlled experiments.\n
\n
- Structured Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into measurable components and actionable insights. - Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments with a strong focus on measurable delivery and continuous improvement.\n
