**Property Manager Real Estate**
We are an innovative property management company headquartered in the Netherlands. Currently, we manage a portfolio of 15,000 apartments in the Netherlands and are expanding into Spain. To support our growth in the Spanish real estate market, we are seeking for a Property Manager. The initial location will be Granada, where we plan to start operations in next months for opening our first building, from September 2025.
**What does it mean to be a Property Manager at a real estate management company?**
As a Property Manager, you will ensure that our tenants feel completely at home in their rental properties every day. You will be responsible for the commercial property management of our complex in Granada. With your enthusiasm, you will ensure our property is perfectly maintained daily. You will stay informed about developments within our complex and future complexes, maintain oversight, keep in touch with all stakeholders, and strive to deliver an exceptional experience for current and prospective tenants.
**Responsibilities**:
- Primary contact person for all tenants in your portfolio;
- Proactively executing various sales and after-sales activities to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction;
- Actively contributing to new lease acquisitions within the buildings in your portfolio;
- Identifying commercial opportunities and working closely with the marketing and sales team to attract new tenants;
- Conducting check-ins, check-outs, and viewings;
- Drafting new lease agreements;
- Inspecting properties and coordinating with the technical department when necessary.
- Coordinate, supervise, or outsource repairs and minor maintenance tasks.
- Maintain focus on the property owner's interests.
- Perform administrative tasks.

- English verbal communication skills.
