We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to spearhead the functional analysis cycle within complex international environments. The project
The project takes place within a high-impact international environment, working directly for a European Agency. You will be responsible for leading functional analysis activities throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Your mission involves the planning and execution of requirements elicitation, functional modeling, and cross-team coordination with Development and QA units. In this role, you will not only ensure high-quality documentation and successful UAT phases but also actively contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of methodological standards in a prestigious institutional context.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Solid background in Functional/Business Analysis.
- Methodology: Advanced knowledge of requirements management (BABOK / IIBA or equivalent).
- Testing: Experience defining testing scenarios and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Communication: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead the requirements approval cycle.
- Languages: High level of English (C1).
