Overview
As a Digital Account Manager you will apply your extensive knowledge in digital strategy, planning and campaigns across all digital channels. The agency offers training opportunities and coaching by senior leaders. Building strong relationships with clients and external partners is also a key part of this role.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Account Director to deliver high‑quality strategy to clients, fostering effective relationships.
- Provide strategic input across all client objectives, with a specific focus on digital.
- Generate performance analysis and present rationales to clients.
- Build productive, collaborative working relationships with internal teams, media owners and technology partners.
- Disseminate digital knowledge to the teams.
- Stay up‑to‑date with technology developments in tracking and targeting to deliver innovative, competitive, breakthrough actions.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Advertising or Economics, or 4–6 years of experience managing clients in digital planning.
- Proficient in English (B2 or higher).
- Good communication skills, dynamic, versátil and proactive.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- Leadership and people‑management experience.
