ARANER is currently looking for a dynamic and results driven professional to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide our clients with the quality service expected from ARANER. You will be part of a young and dynamic team and will be either in charge of hunting and/or nurturing new and existing customers. Previous knowledge of Business Development with Mechanical and/or Energy background is necessary for success within this role. Knowledge or experience related to data centers is a plus. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Solid analytical and critical thinking ability – using logic and reasoning to plan resources, identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Multi-tasking, self-motivated and energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.Outstanding communication and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsSelf-learning self-motivationExpertise in Office and Cad PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS:Previous employment of the same/similar position, or a minimum of 2 years of experience.Fluid German RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in the development of a sales plan and executes sales forecast.Generate, maintain and convert marketing leads through inbound and outbound sales pitches.Establish and maintain a leading brand and market position.Manage strategic relationships with major customers.Continually update all sales/marketing tools, materials, and content (presentations, pitches, and website).Represent the company on various industry associations and events.Consults with management on product pricing, product features, and new product introduction strategies in order to elaborate the proposals to clientsCollaborate with the Engineering and Projects Management Departments to determine the requirements of each Client.Act as the single point of contact between ARANER and the client.
