ARANER is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide our clients with the quality service expected from ARANER. You will be part of a young and dynamic team and will be responsible for hunting and/or nurturing new and existing customers.
Previous knowledge of Business Development with a Mechanical and/or Energy background is necessary for success in this role.
Knowledge or experience related to data centers is a plus.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : The successful candidate should have the following qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities – using logic and reasoning to plan resources, identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions, and approach problems effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Multi-tasking, self-motivated, and an energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Self-learning and self-motivation.
Proficiency in Office and CAD software.
PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS :
Previous employment in a similar position or a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Fluent German language skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Participate in the development of a sales plan and execute sales forecasts.
Generate, maintain, and convert marketing leads through inbound and outbound sales pitches.
Establish and maintain a leading brand and market position.
Manage strategic relationships with major customers.
Update all sales and marketing tools, materials, and content (presentations, pitches, website).
Represent the company at industry associations and events.
Consult with management on product pricing, features, and new product strategies to develop proposals for clients.
Collaborate with Engineering and Projects Management Departments to determine client requirements.
Act as the single point of contact between ARANER and clients.
