Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

The Expert in Learning Applications will lead the global strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning technologies, with primary ownership of Cornerstone On Demand CSOD and adjacent platforms LXP, content management, and analytics. This role drives multi region programs from discovery through value realisation, modernises processes through automation and data, and ensures learning solutions are secure, scalable, and integrated with Schneider Digital architecture and HR ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities;
\n
Strategy and Roadmap
\n
Define and execute the learning technology roadmap aligned to enterprise HR and Digital strategy, prioritising initiatives by value, risk, capacity, and technical feasibility.
\n
Champion digital learning innovations AI driven recommendations, skills inference, adaptive learning, and learning analytics to improve adoption, completion, and time to competence.
\n
Integral Program and Project Leadership
\n
Lead end to end delivery for platform implementations, major releases, migrations, and decommissions using hybrid Agile Scrum and Kanban and scaled governance.
\n
Build detailed program plans charters, milestones, stage gates, financials, benefits realisation and cross functional dependencies HR, IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance.
\n
Stakeholder Management and Change
\n
Serve as the senior point of contact for global HR COEs, business leaders, and regional HRIS teams, translating needs into measurable objectives and success metrics.
\n
Drive structured change management PROSCI or equivalent, communications, and enablement for administrators, instructors, and learners to accelerate adoption and reduce support demand.
\n
Platform Ownership and Architecture
\n
Own the learning application lifecycle for CSOD and connected platforms implementation, configuration, upgrades, feature enablement, and sunsetting with clear SLAs and OLAs.
\n
Ensure robust integrations and data flows with other HRIS systems.
\n
Partner with enterprise architecture, security, and data teams to enforce reference architectures, secure design, and performance standards.
\n
Process Transformation and Operations Excellence
\n
Redesign learning processes curriculum management, certification, compliance learning, audit and reporting for efficiency and control, leveraging automation RPA, templatisation, and self service.
\n
Establish operational runbooks, incident and problem management, and knowledge articles to improve first contact resolution and reduce mean time to restore.
\n
Data, Analytics, and AI
\n
Pilot and productise AI use cases content curation, summarisation, search, skills graph, and personalised pathways with responsible AI guardrails and privacy by design.
\n
Vendor and Budget Management
\n
Lead commercial negotiations, SOWs, and renewals with platform and service partners.
\n
Track budgets and benefits, ensuring delivery to cost, schedule, and scope with transparent reporting to the Learning IT Capability Owner and PMO.
\n
Compliance and Security
\n
Ensure adherence to SCORM, x API, AICC, GDPR, data residency, and Info Sec requirements including access controls, audit trails, and vulnerability remediation in partnership with Cybersecur
