Now they are in the expansion phase and are developing the animal area. Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés.
We are looking for a Junior Scientific Project Specialist. This candidate is going to provide support with the publication platform for focus markets.
What would your duties be?
Maintenance of the Early Access systems up to date following our internal processes and guidelines.
Populating entries in the systems with complete and accurate information.
Maintaining and updating the entries in the systems in real time.
Understanding the process execution according to standard processes.
Support the organisation of key alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Consolidating meeting minutes to share with stakeholders.
Documents archive and administration.
Which are the requirements for this position?
Master's degree in biological sciences (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
English fluent in written, reading, speaking.
Familiar with early access / compassionate use / clinical trials operational management would be an added advantage.
Solid project management skills.
Have a service-oriented and organized mindset.
Ability to multi-task and function under high pressure environments.
