What are we looking for?
- An/a Project Quality Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience. - Availability to join a stable project in Madrid. - Mode of telework: Hybrid
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Science with at least 5 years' experience in the electronics, electro-optics or telecommunications industry in activities related to systems and software development. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance in aerospace or defence projects. - Knowledge of standards: RTCA-DO-178, AQAP/PECAL2210, AS/EN9115. - Experience in project management and tools such as DOORS, Jira, Trac, Subversion/Git. - Knowledge of standards and methodologies: MIL-STD-498, ARP4754A, ISO12207, CMMI. - Proficiency in tools such as Enterprise Architect, MATLAB, SAP (QM, PP, MM, PS). - Experience in programming (C++, ADA), mechanical simulation and real-time software development. - Familiarity with embedded operating systems (VxWorks, RT-Linux), communication buses (VME, 1553, PCI, etc.) and hardware description languages (VHDL). - Personal skills: rigour, initiative, ability to synthesise, teamwork, communication and negotiation skills. - Minimum technical English level B2 (spoken and written).
What will your responsibilities be?
- Responsible for supervising compliance with quality standards in all phases of systems development, ensuring the correct planning, execution and closure of projects. - Support for civil and military certifications and design assurance. - Liaison with customers, aviation authorities and regulatory bodies. - Leadership in internal and external audits (IPCA, SOI, FCA/PCA/FAI). - Definition and control of processes in accordance with regulations such as DO-178, DO-254, PECAL 2210, EN9115, CMMI, among others. - Coordination with HW/SW subcontractors: preparation of RFPs, monitoring of KPIs, audits and product acceptance. - Ensuring document quality and compliance with regulatory directives.
