At Charles Taylor InsureTech are looking for an experienced QA Analyst, responsible for defining and executing testing strategies according to business needs and acting as technical referent towards more junior roles.
Define and execute testing strategies (functional, regression, integration, smoke, etc.).

Automate test cases when necessary or coordinate their automation.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies: refinements, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Propose improvements in testing processes and ensure their adoption.
Be a technical reference and mentor for junior/semi-senior testers.
Validate environments, data, and acceptance criteria for E2E testing.
Collaborate with developers, product, and UX to detect deviations early.
4+ years of proven experience in QA
~ Solid knowledge of manual testing
~ Intermediate knowledge of SQL
~ Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
~ Experience in API REST Testing
~ Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail, or similar
~ Critical thinking and a strong focus on product quality
~ Advanced level of English, both spoken and written (excludable)
Programming knowledge (Postman, Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
Background in UX or exploratory testing
Contributions to process and QA KPI's improvement
