Position Overview
The Business Development Manager role requires identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow vt-markets' client base.
This involves generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new leads for expansion and develop strategies to grow our business through the FX industry.
* Expand our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
* Maintain contact with clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain a personal portfolio of clients.
* Follow up on queries and provide feedback to clients promptly.
* Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
* Participate in training and support sessions as provided.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in any field preferred.
* Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management required.
* Excellent oral and written English skills.
* Proficiency in French or German an advantage.
* At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Access to personal devices suitable for remote work required.
