In our Viladecavalls office, we are looking for a Corporate Talent Development & Learning Senior Specialist to drive strategic L&D, knowledge management, and digital learning initiatives – while supporting talent development and operational excellence across our worldwide sites.
This high-impact individual contributor role reports to the Corporate Talent Management Head and collaborates with HR and business leaders across functions and regions. It’s a key position in our journey to become a more agile, digitally enabled, and people-first organization.
⭐ Main functions
1. Design, implement and evaluate impactful L&D programs across countries and teams
2. Develop and lead a company-wide Knowledge Management (KM) strategy, fostering global collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing
3. Drive digital learning initiatives – from e-learning platforms and micro-learning to AI-driven learning and interactive webinars
4. Support Talent Development activities such as performance management, individual development plans, and succession planning.
5. Identify skills gaps and develop scalable solutions that enable business transformation and future readiness
6. Contribute to building a skills-based organizationby integrating skills frameworks into L&D, KM, and Talent processes
7. Collaborate with HR, IT & business units to align learning, KM, and upskilling efforts with strategic goals
8. Provide on-the-ground support to sites and teams worldwide, adapting programs to cultural and business needs
9. Champion a values-driven culture of continuous learning, digital adoption, and data-informed decisions-making
10. Manage L&D operations: define, track and report learning KPIs; generate actionable insights; ensure smooth LMS performance
11. LeverageERP systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)to integrate learning and skills data across platforms
🎯What we are looking for
12. University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
13. 5+ years of experience in L&D, Organizational Development or Knowledge Management in an international or matrix environment
14. Proven track record in building and rolling out global KM systems or frameworks
15. Strong digital literacy: hands-on experience with modern LMS/LXP tools, analytics dashboards, and emerging tech like AI-driven learning.
16. Experience in Talent Development initiatives or processes
17. Solid skills in reporting and analytics including KPI tracking, dashboard use, and administration of LMS and e-learning platforms
18. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across different cultures and organizational levels
19. Strategic thinker who turns vision into actionable, scalable roadmaps
20. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
21. Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors
22. Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
