of motion design content to ensure alignment, correct formats, optimal settings, and export integrity — especially for digital LED signage specs.
Develop and maintain
template systems, toolkits, and reusable assets to speed up creative workflows.
Create and document
technical standards and best practices
for file management, folder structures, and project handoff.
Support the motion design team with
automation tools, expressions, and basic scripting
(where applicable).
Work closely with production managers and account leads to identify and prevent common delivery issues before they occur.
Act as a
mentor or “go-to” person
for troubleshooting technical challenges in After Effects and render pipelines.
What We’re Looking For

After Effects
skills — not just animation, but deep knowledge of composition structuring, expressions, render settings, and workflow optimization.
Meticulous eye for
project hygiene, signage alignment, color space handling, file naming, and asset packaging.
Working knowledge of
Cinema 4D
and familiarity with render engines like Redshift or Arnold (for understanding full pipeline).
Strong understanding of
video formats, codecs, frame rates, and delivery specs for broadcast and LED signage.
Comfortable documenting processes and creating team-facing guides or toolkits.
Collaborative mindset — happy to support and uplift a creative team.
Nice to have:
Experience writing simple
scripts or expressions
for AE (e.G., automation, versioning, smart templates).
Previous experience in a
