Job Summary
* Payroll Management: Responsible for the payroll of 3 group entities (200 employees). Oversight and supervision of outsourced payroll, including:
o Transmission of monthly variables and changes.
o Calculation of sick leave top-ups, settlements, vacation accruals, and bonus payments.
o Review of monthly bank transfers and social security filings.
o Monitoring professional staff and auditing calculations (sick leave, bonuses, reduced working hours, back pay/arrears).
o Processing wage garnishments and judicial withholdings.
o Review of flexible remuneration to ensure timely and error-free processing.
o Requirement: Solid payroll knowledge to operate autonomously after the initial training period.
* Time & Attendance: Supervision of the time management system in coordination with plant assistants:
o Onboarding new hires into the application.
o Managing and approving absenteeism, vacation requests, and incident resolution.
* Database Management: Monthly review and update of the employee database (Workday) to ensure data integrity.
* HR Administration & Finance:
o Processing purchase requests and reviewing HR invoices (training, recruitment, etc.).
o Preparation of monthly HR KPIs (Enablon and EHS).
* Benefits & Flexible Compensation:
o Insurance: Managing enrollments and cancellations for insurance; coordinating with providers and payroll; monthly invoice review.
o Flexible Remuneration: Quarterly management of requests and invoicing.
* Training: Oversight of group training in Spain; acting as a liaison with providers for social security tax credits and applying them to payroll.
* Personnel Administration:
o Ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor laws.
o Handling employee inquiries, hiring processes, employee portal access, withholding certificates, and leave requests (paid leave, sabbaticals, etc.).
o Preparing and conducting Onboarding sessions and managing all related administrative documentation.
* Recruitment: Acting as a liaison with ETTs (temp agencies) and headhunters for temporary and permanent staffing.
* Technical Support & Tools:
o Local IT point of contact for equipment requests and minor incidents.
o Key user/referent for Concur Travel in Spain.
o Access management for SAP Opera in Spain.
