ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Data Analyst in the Compliance department, your role will be to extract, transform, and analyze data to support regulatory reporting, audits, and cross-functional compliance initiatives.
You will also design and develop tools and automated solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Compliance department.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to support regulatory compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights and real-time visibility into compliance metrics for the department and senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with and provide data support to cross-functional teams including Transaction Review Department (TRG), Fraud, Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), and Agent Oversight.
Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual processes and increase operational efficiency across the Compliance department.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
1 to 2 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.
Advanced SQL skills, with demonstrated experience in querying, transforming, and managing large datasets across relational databases.
Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, including data modelling, DAX, and report publishing.
Experience with Power Automate for designing and deploying automated business workflows.
Experience working in a compliance, regulatory, or financial services environment is highly valued.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
High attention to detail and a rigorous approach to data accuracy and quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support teams across the organization.
