Overview Electrical Maintenance Engineer role in the E&C; department at a paper manufacturing operation. The position focuses on maintenance activities for E&C; equipment, aiming to improve safety, environmental performance, quality, and plant efficiency.
Responsibilities - Perform maintenance work for the E&C; department according to Safety, Environment, and Quality parameters.
- Contribute to and develop advanced knowledge and continuous improvement to increase efficiency of E&C; systems on site.
- Define and monitor maintenance activities for E&C; equipment under responsibility, including corrective, preventive, and predictive actions; plan maintenance outages; review spare parts; and manage contracted resources.
- Support production engineers to ensure correct and safe operation and maintenance of installations.
- Provide ongoing training to the E&C; department on systems under responsibility to ensure line efficiency.
- Develop and manage the annual investment plan assigned to the role.
Qualifications - Educational background: University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
- Experience: 3 years as an E&C; maintenance technician in continuous process industries, preferably in the paper sector.
- Experience with drives and variable frequency drives for industrial machinery and with Siemens PLCs.
- Optional: Alternate programmable controllers beyond the proposed type.
- Languages: English C1.
- Experience: Equipment Maintenance; Studies: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (obligatory).
