We are seeking a skilled and user-centric UX Designer with 5-6 years of experience to join our remote team for a project with one of our clients.

What are we looking for?
A UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, compliant, and engaging web applications for managing connected access control systems. You will shape a responsive, cloud-hosted IoT platform that enables remote monitoring and control of automatic doors and access points, complying with IEC60839 and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct user research and journey mapping related to access control and building security management.
* Design scalable web interfaces effective across devices using responsive design principles.
* Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes with tools like Figma.
* Apply and extend design systems and UI libraries, ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility guidelines.
* Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to define system interfaces.
* Perform usability testing, iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
* Ensure designs meet IEC60839 requirements, including logging, door control, and event auditability.
* Design for real-time IoT environment conditions, handling edge cases and connection issues.
* Document UX decisions for cross-team collaboration and participate in agile processes.
Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's in UX, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
* 5+ years designing web-based applications, preferably for B2B SaaS or IoT.
* Strong responsive UI/UX principles knowledge.
* Experience with Figma.
* Understanding of REST API, event-driven UI, real-time UX.
* Knowledge of user authentication, role-based access, and activity auditing.
* Experience with cloud applications focusing on latency, security, and observability.
