Prepare, analyse and report cost data, including labour, materials, overheads and production expenses. Manage monthly and annual closing processes (P&L and Balance Sheet), ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and follow-up. Develop and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance. Support cost-benefit analysis for new projects, capital expenditures and business initiatives. Work closely with project managers, department heads and other stakeholders to gather financial information and provide recommendations. Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement best practices. Provide financial insights and reporting to senior management. Coordinate and provide indirect leadership to accounting and finance team members. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing full accounting closings and financial reporting. Strong background in management accounting, cost control and financial analysis. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar. Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
