This role supports group-level strategic initiatives with impact across multiple business units and geographies. The position contributes to long-term value creation, strategic planning, ESG performance and supports selected growth initiatives. Strong exposure to EBITDA drivers, investment priorities and corporate performance.
The Corporate Strategy manager supports the definition, execution and monitoring of Tradebe's corporate strategy and sustainability agenda. The role contributes analytical insight, market intelligence and structured project support to help senior leadership drive growth, innovation and ESG performance across the Group.
What wil you do? Make an impact!
• Support the development and follow-up of corporate and business unit strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor and sector analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases and decision-making materials.
• Support sustainability and ESG initiatives, including and KPI tracking.
• Monitor regulatory, market and industry developments related to sustainability, ESG and environmental services.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, M&A and Business Units on transversal projects.
• Support selected M&A and investment analysis from a strategic and ESG perspective.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects led by the Executive Office.
Do you have what it takes?
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Finance or related fields.
* 5-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, sustainability/ESG consulting, corporate development or similar analytical roles, business unit management. Experience in industrial, environmental services, energy or infrastructure sectors is desired. Exposure to ESG reporting, decarbonisation, circular economy or climate-related initiatives will be a plus as well.
* Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
* Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, executive-level insights.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English and Spanish.
