Job Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR team, primarily based in Barcelona, providing support across Europe for various brands.
As HR Business Partner:
1. Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
2. Provide guidance on HR policies.
3. Monitor talent development and succession planning.
4. Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
5. Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
6. Explain HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to employees.
7. Ensure onboarding processes for new hires are completed and properly implemented.
8. Develop and execute HR onboarding strategies.
9. Lead ERP implementation (Workday).
10. Inform employees about job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and promotion opportunities.
11. Address employment relations issues such as complaints and harassment allegations.
12. Manage personnel action forms and ensure proper approval processes.
13. Support OfficeX management and coordinate events, overseeing an office coordinator based in Barcelona.
Talent Acquisition:
1. Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, profile reviews, and budgeting.
2. Assess staffing needs and produce forecasts.
3. Lead recruitment initiatives.
4. Source candidates to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
5. Conduct interviews, screening, and selection processes.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience.
7. Organize or attend career fairs and assessment centers.
Qualifications
* Excellent understanding of the business.
* Open and flexible mindset.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Good communication skills.
* Fluent or native English; additional languages such as Spanish or French are valuable.
