Being part of the On-Trade team involves developing our brands in growing channels with the goal of gaining market share profitably. Join a team that is evolving the model, focusing on developing our brands in the proximity channel.

ABOUT YOU

We seek motivated individuals eager to join our family and develop their careers within a dynamic team. You should be results-oriented, aiming to grow the business as a founder in your RTM, with a focus on expanding our Premium portfolio and Innovations while safeguarding the Core business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Contribute to achieving our two main objectives:
EFO & new model, with the consumer at the center of your focus.
* Implement the Commercial plan aligned with customer programs in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to On-Trade customers.
* Negotiate at the Point of Sale to meet Distribution & Visibility targets.
* Utilize the Picture of Success approach to activate our brands and influence consumers at the point of purchase.
* Identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, creating value.

SKILLS

* Proven track record in Commercial roles;
field sales experience is preferred.
* Affinity with On Trade, Events, and Promotions.
* Strong organizational skills and independence.
* Effective communication and active listening skills.
* Team player mentality.
