The ML / AI industry has conducted a major leap forward in recent times and opened a whole new wealth of possibilities for the software vendors to rethink the user experience. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead activities in the space. You will be providing thought leadership and valuable insights for all product teams to make the creation and maintenance of automations and user interfaces easier and faster than ever before, and also working with a dedicated engineering team to provide ML services to all other teams.
This role is both visionary and highly focused on execution and cross-functional collaboration. It is an opportunity to innovate and shape the future of the whole automation / integration industry.
Responsibilities
* Thought leadership : continuously explore advances in ML / LLM / AI space and evangelize it across all product areas.
* Drive Differentiation : contribute to company's vision to make complex things simple. Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders.
* ML Product Ownership : prioritize ML / LLM researches and experiments and work with engineering team on delivery.
* Cross-team collaboration : work with other product managers on design and implementation of AI features in the respective areas.
* Outbound activities : presentations, webinars, blogs etc.
* Market intelligence : understand the market, and competition.
* Data-driven : Define key metrics and measure the performance of the AI / ML product features.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
* Proven track record in delivering delightful user experiences with AI / ML.
* Solid understanding of AI / ML space in general and recent advances in LLM in particular.
* 6+ years experience leading cross-functional teams.
* 3+ years experience with managing Enterprise products and features.
* UX obsession in always trying to make the product easier to use.
* Vision development and storytelling. Ability to develop independent point of view and collaborate with other teams / stakeholders on finding the best solution.
* Data-driven approach combined with product sense.
