You will contribute to Strategic Programs and Offerings by aligning requirements with program objectives, driving business model changes, and ensuring offering standardization. You will collaborate with teams, including partners, business architecture, technical product management, and engineering teams, to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives. You will help build strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and facilitate collaboration between partners and IT development teams.You will report to the Sr. Manager Business Analysis. Analyzing complex business problems:
You will identify and understand complex business problems related to processes. This involves gathering data, conducting research, and applying analytical techniques to gain insights.Promote understanding:
Help align requirements with program objectives by understanding the needs of multiple partners, facilitating discussions, and documenting requirements, use cases, and process flows.Being a liaison:
Facilitate communication between partners, product managers, and engineering teams. Ensure partner needs are understood and translated into actionable project requirements.Collaborating with engineering teams:
Work with engineering to translate requirements into technical solutions, clarify requirements, guide development, and conduct testing.Contributing throughout the project lifecycle:
Participate from discovery to testing and delivery, involving requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of business analysis experience supporting requirements gathering, process mapping, and system implementationsExperience analyzing complex processes and driving improvementsKnowledge of process improvement methodologiesPrevious project work using SFDC, SFDC CPQ, or SAP S/4HANAThe Ideal Candidate
