This position will be based in Madrid, Spain. 
Reporting to the Global E-Business & CRM Manager, as a Customer Experience Intern you will have the opportunity to: 
- Customer Care platform management 
- Customer Service requests management 
- Transversal collaboration with different stakeholders to solve orders enquiries. 
- Providing support via telephone/email in English and Spanish 
- Assistance with administrative and ecommerce operations tasks: stocks, orders, materials, etc. 
- Continuous analysis of customer behavior, taking relevant insights and proposals to launch to improve Customer Experience for the brand. 
- Take part of the definition of Customer Care at integral level for an omnichannel environment. 
Profile
PROFILE 
- Studies: Degree in Marketing, or similar 
- Languages: High level of English, Japanese IS A PLUS 
- Experience: not necessary 
- Possibility of signing an agreement with the university or school of studies.
