Country Manager/Regional Vice President EMEA — Mission Driven SaaS

About the Business Our client sits at the top of their vertical t, with a product that institutions around the world rely on to shape how they run their operations. The business combines a compelling mission with a well-established commercial footprint and a significant runway for continued expansion. To capitalise on this, they are searching for a standout sales leader to take the helm of their EMEA operation — with a sharp eye on driving growth across Spain, Italy, and the wider European continent.

The Opportunity Stepping in as Regional Vice President of Sales for EMEA, you will carry full accountability for how the region performs commercially. At the head of a team of Account Executives, you will push toward stretching growth objectives while laying the cultural foundations for a team that holds itself to the highest standards. The role demands someone equally comfortable setting strategic direction and rolling up their sleeves — someone who can take a global playbook and make it land in markets as varied and nuanced as those across Europe and the Middle East.

What You Will Own

* Shape and deliver a regional sales strategy that doesn't just meet targets — it surpasses them, consistently hitting the KPIs that matter most to the business
* Provide strong, hands-on leadership to a team of Account Executives — coaching, challenging, and developing them into a cohesive, high-output unit
* Take charge of building the team itself, bringing in exceptional sales talent and getting them up to speed quickly and effectively
* Keep senior leadership well-informed with accurate, structured forecasting and up-to-date visibility across the regional pipeline
* Invest in long-term relationships with the customers, partners, and stakeholders who matter most to the business across the region
* Stay ahead of market shifts, competitor movements, and changing customer priorities — using that intelligence to keep the strategy sharp and ahead of the curve
* Partner with colleagues in Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to make sure customers experience the business at its best, from first touch to long-term retention
* Take the lead on high-stakes enterprise deals, navigating complex negotiations and bringing them to a close with skill and commercial confidence
* Show up as a credible, senior face of the business at key events, conferences, and customer meetings right across EMEA

Who We Are Looking For

* A sales leader with three to five or more years of progressive experience at a regional level, ideally within SaaS
* Someone with a history of not just hitting quota but consistently going beyond it, with tangible revenue growth to show for it
* Demonstrable experience constructing and executing regional sales strategies and go-to-market approaches that actually deliver
* A people leader who genuinely brings out the best in those around them — motivating, developing, and holding teams to high standards in equal measure
* Polished communication and negotiation skills, with the presence and credibility to operate confidently at a senior level
* Comfortable working within CRM systems such as Salesforce, and someone who lets data lead the way when it comes to pipeline management and strategic calls
* Ready and willing to be on the road regularly across the EMEA region
