We create premium matching outfits for fathers and sons — not just clothes, but tools to create intentional moments worth remembering. When a father and son step out dressed alike, something shifts. We're a Barcelona-based brand with a growing community of fathers across the UK, US, and Europe. We're early stage, building the foundations right — and email is one of our most important channels.
We also run a marketing agency (Monbusiness/Flexito), which means there's an additional opportunity to drive revenue through B2B outreach.
We need someone who can own the full email stack — from e-commerce lifecycle to cold outreach. You'll own everything email across our brands:
Design emails that match our premium brand (not just write copy)
Track performance and continuously improve
Coordinate with the founder and marketing team
You've managed Klaviyo (or similar) for an e-commerce brand. 2-4 years in email marketing / CRM, ideally in e-commerce
Strong Klaviyo experience (or Mailchimp, Omnisend — but Klaviyo preferred)
Able to design emails, not just write them (Figma, Canva, or Klaviyo builder)
Fluent English. French appreciated.
Data-driven — you track open rates, click rates, revenue per email
You've worked for a premium or lifestyle brand
Salary: €3,000-4,000/month depending on experience + performance bonus
Barcelona (on-site preferred, hybrid possible)
