That’s where you come in!If you are:An experienced Senior UI/UX DesignerReady to work on long-lasting casual and hybrid casual titles with millions of daily users and their player own communitiesA strong believer in team workAre not afraid of innovation and learning new tools on the goApproaching your work with joy and genuine curiosityThen you are on the right track to be a great match with CrazyLabs.As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:Own UI/UX design for hybrid-casual mobile games from concept to productionQuickly research market trends, competitors, and referencesCreate high-quality UI/UX flows, wireframes, mocks, and final visualsBuild and maintain art bibles and visual guidelinesWork in parallel on multiple games and stylesProduce 2D paint-overs on top of 2D and 3D assets (characters, environments, icons, logos, etc.)Provide clear, constructive feedback to artists and help raise overall qualityMentor and support artists when needed and help manage tasks and art in projectsCommunicate efficiently, think fast, and self-manage priorities in a dynamic environmentSenior UI/UX Designer role requires:Excellent UI/UX sensibility for mobile gamesStrong 2D art, composition, color, and visual storytellingAbility to adapt quickly to different visual stylesFast, efficient execution without sacrificing qualityStrong communication skills and an ownership mindsetHighly organized, proactive, and self-drivenPortfolio (Mandatory).
