Key job responsibilities
The candidate actively seeks to understand Amazon’s core business values and initiatives, translating them into everyday practices. Key result areas include, but are not limited to:
1. Managing process and operational escalations
2. Driving data-oriented analysis, technology adoption, and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals
3. Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business regarding operational milestones, process changes, and escalations
4. Identifying gaps in processes and working with stakeholders to resolve them
5. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for processes and a referral point for peers and junior team members
6. Driving business and operational metrics through quantitative decision-making and resource/tools adoption
7. Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment driven by complex systems and processes
8. Performing deep dives into processes and developing improvement solutions
9. Collaborating with other teams and SMEs to support new process and service launches
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience
* Proficiency in English and German at C1 level
* Ability to analyze and interpret complex SOPs
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive process improvement mindset
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring and guiding teams
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams
* Understanding of multiple SOPs and adherence to processes
* Capability to identify and implement SOP enhancements
* Experience leading process improvement initiatives
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple projects
* Adaptability to change and re-prioritization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Artificial Intelligence interactions, such as prompt generation.
