ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Field Account On Trade in the area, you will be accountable for creating value through driving sales and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the area assigned. You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive key decisions that will significantly affect Bacardi's full portfolio presence in the Spanish On trade. Your deep commercial knowledge, ability to develop strategic relationships and lead and inspire a Sales team will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

* As part of the On-Trade team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO & new model.
* Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the
* Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers
* Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets
* You will drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
* You will identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
* It is important to be available to work at night, visiting clients and checking activation levers.

SKILLS:

* Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred.
* Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions.
* Solid ability to organize your work independently and effective.
* Solid negotiation skills.
* Good Communicator and an active listener.
* Team player.
* Proficiency in the Galician language considered as a plus
* English intermediate to advance.
