Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team of Strategic Territory Sales Representatives based in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about developing talent, driving performance, and creating an inclusive team culture.
As a key member of the Inside Sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, improving the customer experience,
and enabling your team's continued professional growth. You'll report directly to the Inside Sales Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Territory Sales Representatives
Drive the team to consistently exceed sales objectives
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer journey
Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners to accelerate growth
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
Champion a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and leading high-performing teams
Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Fluency in English and at least two of the following European languages: French, Spanish, or Italian
Experience in technology or SaaS sales is a strong plus
