Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in CRM (Salesforce / Veeva) environments.
* Strong proficiency with Salesforce for backend development.
* Experience with one or more frontend frameworks, such as Lightning Components or Veeva UI.
* Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and version control tools such as Git.
* Familiarity with Veeva CRM and IQVIA tools and their integration.
* Proven experience in CRM development and web services.
* Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience — you enjoy managing people and driving results.
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly valued.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain robust web applications using Salesforce CRM and Veeva.
* Create efficient, reusable front-end components with Lightning / Veeva UI.
* Design, optimize, and maintain database structures to ensure data integrity and performance.
* Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver intuitive and user-friendly CRM solutions.
* Participate in complex incident resolution related to visibility, Call Plan, rules, and CRM logic.
* Implement custom workflows, access control, and business rules.
* Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in Salesforce and Pharma CRM.
