Neuraxpharm is looking for a Corporate Demand Lead based in Barcelona
(hybrid role)
Your Mission
Reporting to the Corporate Head of Supply Chain, the Corporate Demand Lead is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the end-to-end demand planning process across all regions and product portfolios within the organization.
This role ensures the creation of accurate, data-driven demand forecasts that inform supply, commercial, and financial planning at the global level. He partners closely with local demand planning teams to harmonize processes, align forecasts, and drive best practices, while maintaining visibility over and inventory management.
Your Major Accountabilities
* Lead the global demand planning process, consolidating forecasts from regional and local teams to create a unified corporate demand outlook
* Analyze historical sales, market intelligence and promotional activities to generate robust, actionable demand forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities.
* Drive and facilitate the Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between global demand, supply, and financial objectives.
* Identify and communicate demand risks and opportunities to senior leadership, enabling proactive decision-making.
* Develop, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, bias, and demand variability at the global and local levels and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Participate in new product introduction (NPI) projects to integrate launches and lifecycle events into demand plans
* Lead the adoption and optimization of demand planning tools and digital solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity as well as process efficiency across all regions.
We Would Like You To Have
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a strong plus.
* Minimum 5 years in demand planning in a global or regional role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or cosmetics industries.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a matrixed, international environment.
* Advanced analytical capabilities and hands-on experience with demand planning systems.
* Strong knowledge of S&OP/IBP processes, demand forecasting, and digital transformation.
* Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Demand Planning, DRP & SP, Logistics, Business Analytics).
* Proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management.
* Strong command of MS Office Suite and Power BI; basic programming skills in Python or VBA are a plus.
* Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strong change management mindset.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are highly valued.
* Willingness to travel up to 5%.
