Job Title: Sales Manager at NITEX

Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at NITEX, you will drive new business, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence within the fashion and apparel industry. You will focus on growing our portfolio of brand partners, from emerging designers to established fashion labels.
Responsibilities
* Lead outreach efforts by identifying and engaging fashion brands, retailers, and designers in need of manufacturing solutions.
* Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients to ensure a steady flow of new opportunities.
* Develop relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their production needs and presenting NITEX solutions.
* Drive revenue growth through increased production volume and sales from existing accounts.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with NITEX capabilities.
* Stay informed about industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Represent NITEX at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Candidate Profile
* 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in apparel, textiles, or manufacturing.
* Proven success in closing deals and growing revenue.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
* Strategic thinker capable of identifying high-value opportunities.
* Comfortable with pricing, contracts, and long-term partnerships.
* Self-motivated with a hunter mentality to prospect and close new deals.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools.
* Passionate about fashion, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of initiatives.
Nice to Have
* Existing network within the fashion industry.
* Experience with fashion supply chain operations or sourcing.
* Knowledge of sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices.
