Senior Account Executive - Local Management (Solutions Sales Department)

Hi there

We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers. This role, Senior Account Executive - Local Management, is for those who can find a common language with anyone in the world.

Responsibilities

1. Drive new sales growth by proactively expanding our customer base through targeted outreach, including phone calls, emails, campaigns, and live demonstrations.
2. Collaborate with business and engineering teams to align on sales strategies and achieve targets.
3. Attend workshops and refresher courses on sales and marketing techniques.
4. Support new product launches and events to maximize visibility.
5. Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
6. Maintain expert knowledge of our products to address customer inquiries.
7. Develop strategies to educate clients on products and services.
8. Organize training sessions for clients and team members.
9. Partner with leadership on marketing strategies.
10. Collaborate on new product rollouts and sales processes.
11. Assist with daily sales operations.
12. Mentor and train team members.
13. Coordinate with stakeholders across departments.
14. Analyze Salesforce and other analytics reports to inform strategies.
15. Work with management on operational tasks to drive results.

Who we are looking for

1. Experience in selling Local SEO solutions for 3+ years.
2. 5+ years of dynamic sales experience, especially high-volume outreach.
3. 7+ years of overall professional experience.
4. 3+ years in high-volume phone sales and lead generation.
5. Quick learner with adaptability to tech stacks.
6. Ability to collaborate with leadership.
7. Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing, SEO/SEM.
8. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.
9. Growth mindset and drive for improvement.
10. Proven software sales experience.
11. Background in digital marketing agencies, Martech, or SaaS.
12. Experience in cold outreach.
13. Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing concepts.
14. Understanding of consumer behavior and Martech.
