 
        
        **Description**: 
The Global Treasury Operations Team Leader role will be responsible for the core treasury operations comprising of cash management, cash forecasting, confirmation & settlement and reporting. 
**Key Responsibilities**: 
- Daily follow up of Treasury cash management activities 
- Support Treasury Operations on the daily resolution of issues. 
- Support the Center Lead in critical transactions and activities. 
- Troubleshooting: Determine root causes of issues/defects/incidents and resolving them in timely manner. Assess problems quickly and provide the appropriate resolution steps with the least amount of end user interruption. 
- Log or help system incidents/defects and ensure follow-up and resolution. 
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions. 
- Interact with the treasury team when change management is required preparing new processes documentation/procedure/training, ensuring users are trained and controls in place. 
- People management: coordinate Treasury operations Team, organize resources, Back-up structure, yearly follow up on performance review. 
- Lead and develop trainings and operating procedures for core treasury back-office processes. 
- Provide on-going consultancy and advice to the user community. 
- Participate/support in Global Treasury Integration / Centering Projects 
- Manage & ensure treasury operations processes are in compliance with external & internal audit requirements 
- Deliver key metrics to monitor performance of treasury transactions. 
- Continuous interaction with Treasury management.

**Qualifications**:** Preferred Qualifications**: 
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics. 
- Experience in SAP TMS modules and Quantum 
- Fluent in English 
- Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Power Point, etc. 
- Understanding of treasury back and front office processes and their connection with systems. 
- Communications skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work in an international, multi-cultural organization. 
**Preferred Skills & attributes**: 
- SAP S/4 Hana and SAP ECC 6.0 
- Quantum experience is desired. 
- Proficient in excel and PowerPoint. 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
