What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to support digital transformation initiatives, building a new Technology Hub with one of our key clients— a prestigious private bank in Switzerland.
This is a unique opportunity, as the Hub is being built from the ground up. Our associates will work on exciting, high-impact projects, help shape a great work environment, and foster UST's culture within our client's organization, creating an amazing community of colleagues.
This role is a hybrid position based in Madrid (3 days at the client’s office in Sol, near the underground).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver key digital capabilities.
2. Support the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery, focusing on user experience and continuous improvement.
3. Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring client and front-office needs are reflected in product development.
4. Lead or support training, communication, and adoption initiatives to promote product usage and effectiveness.
5. Translate insights from user feedback and digital analytics into actionable product improvements.
6. Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all digital initiatives meet relevant regulatory standards.
Mandatory requirements:
* At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in financial services, fintech, or consulting.
* Background in wealth management, private banking, or trading platforms is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with agile frameworks, design thinking, and digital product management.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
* Experience with trading apps or platforms and knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., SEBI) is a plus.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and execution skills.
English C1 level is desirable.
Desirable requirements:
* Experience with products like T24 / OTMS or TSI is an advantage.
