The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic E‑commerce Operations Graduate that will be interacting with Consumer Care, Logistics and Accounts Receivable teams. You will identify market best practices, drive a transversal assessment and contribute to map our opportunities and priorities.

The duration of the Graduate Program is 1 year. After that, there is the possibility of joining the company with a fix‑term contract.

Education

- University Degree in Business, Management or Engineering

Experience

- No experience required

Languages

- English: fluent level is required

- Other languages: will be a plus

- Well organized

- Ability to listen and active problem‑solver

- Analytical skills

- High level of autonomy and responsibility

- Team player

- Good communications and interpersonal skills

Specific knowledge

- Proficiency in Excel (required)

- Proficiency in BI tools (desired)

- Beauty & fashion industry (desired)
