We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to grow in an ethics‑driven environment that values sustainability and diversity.br/We’re committed to building a truly inclusive culture—come and join us.br/ /p h3As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will /h3 ul liLead the DevSecOps practices and processes within the organization /li liDevelop and implement DevSecOps strategies for the organization. /li liMentor other engineers in the adoption of Cybersecurity best practices. /li liWork with development and operations teams to automate security‑based principles. /li liIdentify and implement tools and processes to improve software development and delivery. /li liActively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience. /li liMonitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed. /li liHelp deploy our software stack to Fortune 500 clients’ servers. /li liParticipate in the design of Multiverse’s toolbox interface. /li liJoin a world‑class team of Quantum experts with an extensive track record in both academia and industry. /li liCollaborate with the founding team in a fast‑paced startup environment. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; alternatively, significant work experience as a Software Engineer, with strong emphasis on Cybersecurity. /li li8+ years of experience working as DevSecOps Engineer. /li liStrong competence with Network Architecture and related technologies in AWS and/or Azure /li liCybersecurity competence in SAST, DAST, SIEM, SSO, penetration testing, implementing cybersecurity controls. /li liCompetence with Red Team / Blue Team / Purple Team tactics /li liExperience with Cybersecurity Incident Response protocols /li liCompetence in cryptographic controls, such as SSH key handling, logging, and auditing. /li liCompetence with Key Management Service, key rotation solutions, and automation. /li liCandidates with AWS, Azure and/or Security certifications will be prioritized, especially AWS Certified Security, AWS Certified Advanced Networking. Additional certifications in Cybersecurity and/or Networking (CCNA, CCNP, etc) are highly desirable. /li liExperience designing building solutions with strong focus on AWS Security and Network services. Strong competence in AWS Guard Duty, Config, Security Hub, Inspector, Control Tower, IAM policies, VPC Flow Logs, as well as corresponding services in Azure. /li liCompetence in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to support deployment, scaling, monitoring, and configuration management. /li liSolid understanding and knowledge of standard DevOps practices. Hands‑on experience required in development, deployment, and production environments. /li liProficiency with one or more programming languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc). /li liProven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of security issues. /li liSuperb communication skills in English and a passion for working collaboratively. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with microservice deployment and monitoring /li liProven experience as Cloud Solutions Architect /li liHigh competence with AWS Well Architected Framework /li liCompetence with SSH key management solutions, such as JumpCloud or Teleport /li liExperience working with different public cloud providers (GCP, MS Azure) and hybrid or on‑premises environments. /li liCompetence in Kubernetes, with an emphasis on Security. Candidates with CKS certification will be prioritized. /li liExperience building CI/CD pipelines (i.e. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) /li liExpertise in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters as well as experience deploying applications to Kubernetes (EKS) using Helm charts and ArgoCD. Candidates with CKA, CKAD, CKS certifications will be prioritized.
