Product Development & Management
* Lead the development of new postharvest products from concept to market launch.
* Analyze the technical and commercial performance of current products and propose continuous improvements.
* Coordinate field and laboratory trials, validations, and testing with key customers, distributors, and research institutions.
Technical & Commercial Support• Prepare technical and commercial materials.Training & Technical Communication
* Develop and deliver webinars, internal and external training sessions.
* Create and present technical content for events, seminars and commercial meetings.
* Generate technical materials for marketing, including articles, videos, presentations and case studies.
Manage collaborations for trials, joint projects, or scientific validation of technologies.• Work closely with R&D, production, quality, and marketing to ensure proper execution of product-related projects.• Act as the "voice of the customer" internally, ensuring product development aligns with market needs.
Postgraduate studies in postharvest, product innovation or business are a plus.~Experience in customer interactions, trial management and project coordination.~ Fluent in English & Spanish.
