PMy clients is looking for a Field Marketing Manager for Southern Europe to join the Marketing team.br/Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, you will work closely with the Corporate Marketing teams and sales to support pipeline growth and help drive qualified leads through effective local marketing execution across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. /ppYou’ll be responsible for:br/Bringing global campaigns to life at the local levelbr/Leading webinar strategy, execution, and moderationbr/Driving regional initiatives such as dedicated campaigns, content syndication, or targeted programs to support local prioritiesbr/Coordinating events and partner marketing support with the Global Head of Events and the Director of Partner Alliances Marketingbr/Collaborating with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and performance trackingbr/Recommending content ideas to brand and product marketing teams to boost lead generation and conversionbr/Supporting the localization of marketing materials for sales enablement and multichannel promotion (social media, advertising, etc.)br/Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, extracting insights, and evaluating them against set goalsbr/Aligning with BDRs and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline objectivesbr/Communicating with senior management about marketing initiatives, reporting key metrics, and brainstorming new strategiesbr/This is a hands-on role for someone who’s organized, proactive, and focused on impact. /ppWhat we’re looking for:br/You’re organized and able to manage multiple projects at oncebr/You know how to plan and run marketing campaigns with clear goalsbr/You’re comfortable working with sales teams and other departmentsbr/You can analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisionsbr/You’re a team player, proactive, and enjoy working in a collaborative environmentbr/You’re a clear communicator and can adapt to different audiencesbr/You’re comfortable with digital tools and marketing platformsbr/You speak fluent in Spanish (mandatory), English (mandatory) – Portuguese and Italian are a plus for your region /p
