Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment to build a strong talent pipeline that supports ALS’s mission of a healthier future. You will partner with managers to define profiles, craft compelling postings, and manage the full interview and selection process. You will also lead employer branding, sourcing strategies, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience. This is a strategic position that shapes talent acquisition, engages with cross-functional teams, and elevates ALS’s presence in the job market. You’ll play a visible role in guiding recruitment operations, compliance, and vendor relationships to deliver measurable results.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate profiles
- Draft and publish job postings across job boards, social media, and internal channels
- Screen CVs and conduct interviews (phone, online, in-person)
- Coordinate interview panels and support candidate evaluation
- Manage technical assessments, psychometrics, and group dynamics
- Maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
- Prepare offers and drive end-to-end closing of recruitment
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Manage presence on LinkedIn, InfoJobs, Indeed; represent at job fairs and university events
- Collaborate on talent and culture communications campaigns
- Coordinate onboarding with HR and hiring managers
- Provide required documentation, training materials, and integration support for new hires
- Monitor employee integration in initial months
- Maintain candidate records in ATS and ensure GDPR compliance
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and universities; negotiate terms and assess performance
- Develop and deliver recruitment tracking reports and KPIsResponsabilidades
