You will work in complex, high‑impact technological environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and taking part in the operation of critical cloud platforms for large organizations.We are looking for a Cloud Operations Analyst to join our team in Madrid, playing a key role in the day‑to‑day operation of multi‑cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and GCP), ensuring platform stability, compliance with security standards, and service continuity.Candidates must reside in Spain and have a valid work permit for Spain.Main functions: - Continuous monitoring of cloud platform health and proactive management of alerts and events across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments. - Management and resolution of L1/L2 incidents within agreed SLAs, performing initial diagnosis and escalating to L3 or Platform Engineering teams when required. - Execution of standard changes, recurring operational tasks, and scheduled maintenance activities in line with approved procedures. - Operational support for business continuity and disaster recovery activities, including the collection and documentation of RTO and RPO evidence.Responsibilities: - Operate and administer multi‑cloud landing zones, ensuring alignment with approved baselines and preventing configuration drift. - Perform workload maintenance tasks, including patching and updates in accordance with security advisories. - Log and maintain operational information in ServiceNow (incidents, changes, problems, configuration items, and known errors). - Contribute to the quality and ongoing accuracy of the CMDB, ensuring configuration data consistency. - Work with cloud monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, or equivalent platforms for event and incident analysis. - Apply and validate security concepts such as patch compliance, access controls, and configuration standards. - Consume infrastructure as code at an operational level (Terraform, Ansible), without the need to develop modules.Requirements and technical skills: - Hands‑on experience with at least one hyperscaler, with Azure as the preferred environment;
knowledge of AWS and GCP is a plus. - Solid understanding of ITSM processes: incident, change, problem, and configuration management. - Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing, CMDB, and reporting. - Basic knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation concepts. - Strong operational mindset, service orientation, and ability to work in critical environments. - Cloud Operations Analyst based in Madrid, with 24x7 availability and an on‑site working model.
