Sales Manager – AIFM Platform On site: Barcelona, Spain | Alternative Investments | Fund ManagementAmicorp Group is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to support the growth of our European AIFM platform by originating new business opportunities and developing relationships with investment managers seeking to launch EU Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).This role focuses on building relationships with fund sponsors, asset managers, family offices, and investment boutiques looking to access the European market through a regulated AIFM platform under the EU AIFMD framework.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development:Identify and originate new AIFM mandates and fund platform opportunitiesDevelop relationships with private equity, real estate, venture capital, and private credit managersEngage with fund sponsors, family offices, and emerging asset managers seeking EU-regulated fund structuresSupport the positioning of Amicorp’s AIFM platform as a third-party management company solutionMaintain an active pipeline of opportunities and drive new business generationRepresent Amicorp at industry events, networking forums, and conferencesClient & Product Support:Work with clients on structuring European Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)Collaborate with internal teams on fund launches and platform mandatesSupport discussions around governance, regulatory oversight, and operational infrastructureSales Activity Management:Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRMTrack performance against sales targets and business development goalsCandidate Profile: 8–10+ years of experience in asset management, alternative investments, fund services, or capital marketsProven experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales within financial servicesStrong understanding of alternative investment structures (private equity, real estate, venture capital, etc.)Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build client relationshipsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsFluent in English; additional languages are an advantage Join Amicorp and contribute to the expansion of a growing AIFM platform supporting international investment managers across Europe.
