For our IT Operations team, we are looking for IT L1 Support technicians. This is a key role to provide efficient technical 24x7 support, help resolve platform-related issues and to ensure service continuity.
Job Duties and Responsibilites:
* Supervision of the monitoring system.
* Establishment of the alert system improvement plan, as well as its control.
* Resolve First Level Incidents.
* Identify, record, and escalate incidents as necessary.
* Follow-up of the service and implementation of preventive maintenance.
* Process control and execution. Platform change execution.
* Management of requests. Ticket tracking.
* Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance
Experience and Qualifications:
* Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar
* Skills in incident management, and monitoring tools.
* Experience working with corporate tools (Jira) and Azure platform.
* Organization and proactivity.
* English: B2
* More than 2 years of experience in the functions described above.
* Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
* Your demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, lead incident response efforts, and influence stakeholders will contribute to successful incident resolution.
* Incident Response: Your proven experience in managing and resolving incidents will be invaluable as you prioritize incidents and drive resolution efforts.
* Analytical Thinking.
* Experience in the online payments and payment gateways sector will be a plus
